Sixteen managers went home triumphant at the prestigious FE Alpha Manager Awards held in London’s Living Room at City Hall last night, as the industry came together to celebrate the top talent in UK asset management.
The night saw the likes of Neil Woodford, Dan Nickols and Richard Woolnough among 13 others pick up a prize in their respective categories.
The event was attended by more than 120 asset management and advisory groups along with journalists and other key stakeholders.
Charles Younes, research manager at FE Research, says: “This year’s winners in their respective categories have displayed brilliant resilience in the face of what can only be described as punishing market conditions, and for this we should all applaud not just these winners but all of the 189 FE Alpha Managers this year.
“Last night was such a great opportunity to recognise the top talent in the industry but also a chance to bring so many advisers and managers together with other key stakeholders.”
